They were responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for our family with 3 kids. The kids enjoyed playing in the game room and eating dinner outside overlooking the golf course was a nice way to end each day. Pine Mountain Lake is a fun place for a family with kids. The house is right on a golf course which is scenic morning walk. There is a one time fee per car to park in the neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. A little more than an hour drive to the visitor center of Yosemite. House is nearby a pizza place and a small grocery store which has everything you would need for a short stay. The location is wonderful, just a short walk from Dunn beach and in a nice quiet neighborhood close to the PML entrance. The house has a great layout, with a bathroom for every bedroom, open concept kitchen, and a nice big game room. We spent most mornings and evenings relaxing and eating on the big back patio and watched the geese and deer walk by. The beds were comfy, particular the one in the primary suite. We all slept really well! Our host was very communicative and happy to help with any questions or issues! Some tips for fellow travelers: bring ear plugs for sleeping (the floor can get creaky, particularly in the bottom bedroom) and lots of beach towels!
