We could not get a hold of the property when we were having issues with the check in process, or when there were issues at the property. The toilet made this loud screeching noise for hours after flushing that would wake us up when someone used it during the night. Our room was also a fourth floor walk up, which was not mentioned in the listing and extremely difficult with luggage. Very unpleasant stay, would not recommend!

Great location for walking to Seven Dials, SOHO, West End without all the crowds or noise. Two tube stations close. Good communication and responsiveness. Easy to work with, no surprises.

Location was great but there are no lifts, so going up 3 or 4 flights of steep stairs was tough with heavy luggage.

The stairs were rough. Especially after a long day of sightseeing, we really didn't want to climb the stairs. Very steep and narrow. Overall a great place. Roomy and the beds were very comfortable.

This is a great location, near two tube stations, and just south of the British Museum. It is also walkable to Covent Garden and Soho to the south. Lots of good restaurants nearby - esp Chinese and Japanese. Our flat (6) was on the third floor up some steep steps so not one for people with mobility issues. The flat was clean and well equipped, with everything you might need. We had a couple of queries which were dealt with promptly. There is a bit of street noise as it is in central London but nothing too awful. One thing that would help would be advice on how to use microwave, oven and TV. We are not luddites but they all needed a bit of playing with before we could get them to work. A sheet with clear instructions would be helpful. Also the extraction fan in the bathroom does not work so that needs fixing. But overall a great stay. Thanks!

Super central in London and so close to the theatres too! Clean and quiet property. Only thing to be aware of is there is no lift access.

Location was great, walking distance to everywhere. Flat was clean, had everything as advertised except for AC. There was no AC only a fan, luckily the weather was perfect during last week of August. We had the windows opened which made it a bit noisy.
