Bus ride to Kingston Upon Thames for shopping, restaurants, etc. Kitchen included everything needed to have simple meals in room (no oven). Didn't seem to have a staff onsite, however as we didn't see anyone the entire time we were there. Wi-fi was definitely a problem and we didn't get strong cell signal, so if connection is important to you, you shouldn't choose to stay here. No air conditioning and limited movement of air (even with skylights and windows open). The rooms were high spec and meticulously clean. There is a pub a few minutes walk away which sells basic put food and tie is around a 10/15 minute walk which has a larger variety of restaurants. We also walked passed the train station which has regular trains into Waterloo. It was very clean and easy to park. Very nice in this way. However, it is a very noisy location being right on the road, The noise came in through the closed windows and the sky light. For that reason I would not go there again, way to noisy for me but otherwise a great spot.
