Loved our overnight stay here. Sunday Roast was Amazing. Would definitely stay again. Be mindful, there’s no lift. The staff is very helpful though and will assist you with your luggage.

The property seemed fresh and new with a fun theme. It was convenient to have the pub downstairs for a drink or meal. Easy to get to the tube and rail, and Kensington Palace.

The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the room was really unique — it felt like such a quintessential UK stay rather than a generic hotel experience. The property had a lot of charm and character, and I really enjoyed my time there. If you’re staying on a Sunday, definitely make sure to go down early for the Sunday roast. It was absolutely spectacular and one of the highlights of my stay!

The Hayden Hotel is the perfect place to stay while in London. We loved the quaintness of the hotel and the neighborhood. The staff are exceptional, true hosts/hostesses. We also ate at the pub and all the food was delicious!!! When we return to London we will definitely book to stay at the Hayden Pub and Hotel.

This boutique hotel was absolutely delightful; truly the coolest one we’ve ever stayed in. The staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming, and despite the pub on the first floor, the rooms were perfectly soundproof. The amenities went above and beyond, with bottled water, complimentary tea and coffee, and biscuits in the room. We checked in a bit later than usual and decided to dine in the pub, and the food was delicious. I highly recommend this property if you’re looking for something unique, and I would gladly stay here again.

The accommodation is beautiful, with stylish, high-quality rooms and thoughtful extras such as complimentary water and snacks. We felt very comfortable, and the location is excellent. The pub is also great, with delicious food. Unfortunately, a couple of small details took away from the experience. Despite informing the accommodation in advance and mentioning it when booking our table, my partner’s milestone birthday went unacknowledged. I had also arranged a bottle of wine as a surprise for our room, but this was mentioned at check-in in front of my partner, unintentionally spoiling the surprise. Aside from these unfortunate moments, we had a lovely stay and would recommend the accommodation.

Everything was perfect: friendly and helpful attendants, very well maintained room. AC was strong enough. It was also very quiet, no noise from the bar etc as we had feared. Definitely will come back.

We had such a great experience at the Hayden Pub and Rooms! The reception was friendly, helpful and wonderful which was really nice after a long day of travel. The room was immaculate and the bed was so comfy. The area around the pub was great for walking around and finding cute shops, restaurants and pubs. We had dinner at the pub too, and it was delicious and the drinks were fantastic. I really can't say enough about how nice this place was.

Despite it being our first time there and only staying for one night, from the moment we walked in we were treated like dear friends. The staff was warm, kind and attentive to our every need, the room was lovely and well appointed, and the food was delicious. It was a wonderful stay, and our only regret was that it wasn't longer.
