Welcome to The Garden Lodge, a peaceful and private retreat tucked away at the rear of a historic gated property.

Originally a garage, the space has been thoughtfully converted into a comfortable self contained lodge, providing guests with their own private accommodation within beautiful established grounds.

Surrounded by approximately three quarters of an acre of gardens, The Garden Lodge offers a unique combination of privacy, greenery, space and convenience.

The lodge is particularly suited to couples, families, friends, solo travellers and business guests looking for somewhere comfortable and peaceful to stay.

Guests have exclusive use of the Garden Lodge itself, with private gated access and free parking within the grounds.

The main residence is located on the same private grounds, while the lodge provides guests with their own separate space and the freedom to come and go through the gated entrance.

The Garden Lodge centres around a large open plan living area where guests can cook, eat, work, relax and socialise.

The fully equipped kitchen includes:

The kitchen opens directly into the main living area, creating a sociable space where everyone can remain together while meals are being prepared.

There is a six seat breakfast bar which also provides a useful workspace.

• 49 inch smart television
• Open plan kitchen and living area

The sofa bed sleeps two people and can also be extended into a day bed, making it a comfortable space for relaxing and enjoying cinema style television viewing.

The two bedrooms are intentionally compact, allowing us to maximise the generous open plan living space.

If you are travelling as a larger group, the main living area provides additional sleeping accommodation while also giving everyone a spacious area to spend time together during the day.

Guests have exclusive use of The Garden Lodge.

Access is through the property’s private gated entrance, allowing guests to come and go as they please without needing to enter the main residence.

Free parking is available within the grounds.

The main residence is situated elsewhere on the same private grounds. The Garden Lodge itself is exclusively for the use of booked guests.

By prior arrangement, the space can accommodate:

The accommodation is intended for quiet stays and peaceful use. Any attempt to hold a party or unauthorised gathering may result in the booking being terminated.

👥 Registered guests only

Only guests included on the reservation may stay overnight.

Any additional visitors should be agreed with the host in advance.
