We loved our very brief stay at this hotel! We did end up having to move hotels at the very last minute due to a scheduling conflict, but the two nights we did have here we fully enjoyed. My friend and I agreed that this hotel had the comfiest bed and pillows out of all of our other stays! Also super happy with both hotel managers, Mike and Lewis, for being super helpful in finding alternative arrangements/providing suggestions. All the staff here were really great. Hammersmith is also such a great location to stay in London, and this spot is a nice, quiet little pocket but still close to the tube.
Great location for the tube from Hammersmith, very clean room, helpful and friendly staff, good selection of beer and food. Internet service was not great but otherwise a excellent place
It was fine for my needs. Just wanted access to a restaurant and a room with comfortable bed and AC. The light didn’t work in the bathroom but I also didn’t complain to anyone about either. Staff was friendly and helpful enough. Nothing fancy. I was there for short term study.
Lovely Hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Located in a convenient spot near a metro line and within walking distance of various attractions and restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay here.
Hotel is perfectly located to explore Barnes, Richmond and Hammersmith. Staff were amazing...always available and very helpful throughout. Room was very clean and just the right size. Continental breakfast was perfect and just a great place to stay
The room is clean, simply but nicely decorated, if a little tired in places. The pub downstairs seems nice, although we only stopped for a drink. The location is fantastic, although our room which faced the street wouldn't suit people who are disturbed by traffic. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, but unfortunately the air-conditioning wasn't working which was a struggle during another heatwave. Despite this, I would use this hotel again as a base for excursions in and around London.

Lovely staff, nice breakfast, very comfy bed and quiet too. Some noise from the room upstairs / the corridor but not too noisy!
When we walked into the room, I was really pleased to see that it was just as you see in the photographs. It was clean, spacious and the bathroom was really nice too. It was well decorated and had plenty of storage for our clothes, as well as an iron, hairdryer and coffee machine.
The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was cleaned while we were out for the day. So we came back to a fresh room.
The room had air con, and a good fan to keep us cool, which was helpful in the hot weather.
We were a little worried that the room may be noisy with the pub below. But, it was a beautiful pub, the clientele were very respectful and you wouldn’t even know it was there. It was a lovely space for a drink, or coffee and was a generally lovely place to stay.
I would go back there again.
