Great Location. Spacious. Safe. I wanted to stay in a full service apartment rather than a small hotel room. I had an excellent time in the beautiful modern apartment the perfect location in Covent Garden. Very walkable to almost every thing. The apartment was comfortable and spacious, and clean. Check-in procedure was easy. Management company is was well organized. The beds were comfortable. Upstairs living room/kitchen balcony space was amazing. It was great having a full service apartment rather than a hotel room. It was great to have a kitchen and laundry machine. I highly recommend this apartment. The location is vey vibrant and safe. The only drawback was a lack of cabinet/drawers to unpack your clothes. There is plenty of closet space for hanging clothes. Nice 2BR ensuite APARTMENT with a loft Living room. Kitchen equipped with W/M and D/W. We had a nice stay, especially in the heart London with all points of interest, restaurants etc around. Communications were a bit 'lecture/school teacher like' but did provide all the info I needed. Poor toiletries provided (barely enough for 1 night - I stayed 4) and poor/no discernible eco/recycling efforts.
