### Roof terraced, Nottinghill town house. Lovely family home with modern comforts

4 story townhouse with a roof terrace, in the heart of Nottinghill. The whole house is yours. Close to amazing restaurants, spa, shops and Holland Park tube station.  
  
So much to do in the area. Quick walk to portobello road, Holland Park, Hyde Park, Westfields shopping centre.  
  
Some amazing restaurants on our doorstep:  
6 Portland (need to book)  
Flat 3  
Giraffe (kid friendly)  
  
Local pub is The Castle and there is a Tesco for anything else you may need. Both within a 2-5min walk from the house.  
The space  
The whole family home is available with a lovely roof terrace for the summer days.  
  
Completely private for you, this is not a shared space.  
  
1 master bedroom and 1 bathroom.  
The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and oven.  
Bathroom is a shower and bath. The roof terrace is really where the views and sunshine come into their own.  
  
There are two areas in the house that are perfect to work from home with a fast speed internet connection.  
  
Lots of living spaces so you will have plenty of room to enjoy.
