There are 16 or so steps to climb to get to the apartment, and entry is off a busy street. Street noise was a slight issue, but I'm very sensitive to that. Bart set the temperature where I wanted it, let me check out an hour late, and let me use the parking spot for 2 more hours, so he was above and beyond accommodating.
