  • One bedroom apartment overlooking the Royal Docks, designed to accommodate up to four guests. Situated on the first floor with lift access. The spacious open plan lounge includes a comfortable sofa bed, a modern fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area ideal for relaxing or entertaining, Bathroom with shower over bath.
    Beautiful views to riverside.

    To help us maintain a high standard for all guests, a £250 refundable security deposit is required prior to arrival. This is returned after check-out provided there is no damage and house rules (including no parties or excessive noise) are followed.

The check in process is confusing as the keys are attached to another building in the back fence and is quite a walk. If you are arriving from another country and are jetlagged, be aware. Additionally, the plumbing in the tub is sub optimal and takes over 10 minutes to drain so you are standing in dirty bath water. There are no knives in the kitchen that you can use for cooking. There are also no tissues you can use for your face. I believe these to be minimal hosting items. The couch bed is uncomfortable as there is a wooden piece that juts out right in the middle of the couch. The bed is also not a true king size-it fit one adult and a toddler. Overall, the stay was ok- very bare bone accomodations.
