The staff was amazing and so helpful. The hotel itself so beautiful and unique. The afternoon tea was exceptional in the gorgeous garden. I strongly recommend this boutique hotel.
All the amenities were first class. Our room was lovely. We have always like the Kit Kemp interiors. The staff were delightful and so helpful. Without a doubt one of the highlights of our stay.
The only thing we would say is that the food was not quite up to standard. and our breakfasts were not terribly warm although the coffee was wonderful with very generous portions on request. I asked for pancakes one morning for breakfast and they came cold and incredibly burnt and I’m not sure what their definition of maple syrup was!
Otherwise a wonderful stay.
Beautiful, small hotel in lovely neighborhood. Feels outside the most touristy parts of London. Some of the rooms a bit quirky, but still lovely. Helpful staff. Beautiful garden, so ideal for warm weather
Everything was exceptional. Staff members were incredibly helpful. Only slight complaint was that maintenance work was being carried out first thing in the morning and we could here everything in the room.
A stay at this chain of hotels has been on my bucket list for 20 years. It really lived up to expectations. Staff were fantastic, the room was stunning and the service was first class. Would defintiely stay again.
This is one of the best places to stay in London. Great shops, Tube and bus connections. The breakfast was the best I have had at a British hotel in decades and the breakfast room and public areas are gorgeous without being fussy. I loved the amenities and the staff were truly professional and friendly.
Room was light and bright with a good sized bed, just very small for the money. Staff variable, some good some not so.
Expected coffee making facilities in the room, had to ask for a machine to be brought up.
Beautifully designed room.Warm, cozy and elegant common areas. Located in a residential neighborhood close to the subway and within walking distance to shops, museums, cafes and restaurants. Staff were great and welcoming. Perfect!

The location relative to Hyde park/ museums/ restaurants towards Sloane sq via Phellam st was walkable w all transport options easily assesible
This hotel service and style was superb! We stayed at 6 hotels throughout this trip and this hotel was my favorite. It had the best customer service and food. The back patio garden was serene. The room was comfortable but very cozy. Two people in a Superior room is tight- especially with the small bathroom size. I recommend opting for a larger room. Hope to stay here again!
