I’ll start with the positives, great location. Apartment is done to a high standard and amenities are good (although I didn’t use them). Check in was a nightmare, the system didn’t work prior to check in so my details were not uploaded, however, I thought they were. When I arrived the key wouldn’t load so I called, only to be told that as I’m local to the property they needed to know my purpose of the visit. Never had this before when booking in London, then they proceeded to tell me that I wasn’t of the right age to stay there, even though apparently they didn’t have my details so I couldn’t understand how they “knew” my age (turns out they didn’t). I had to stand outside for 25 mins on the phone while they went back and forth deciding on whether they would allow me to stay. Bear in mind, they had secured their payment. Be mindful when booking they also take a deposit from you which they won’t return for 3-5 working days… it’s just a glorified Airbnb. I wouldn’t recommend based on the above.. it’s not worth the hassle. There was also a dead fly in the shower, not sure how well it was cleaned prior to my stay.

Biggest issue was poor communication. Once we were checked in, we found there was very little toilet paper and no cleaning supplies. We asked via their Whatsapp they provided if these could be provided and they said yes, but no one ever showed up and no one communicated until we repeatedly complained. No cleaning supplies is a huge problem if there is no cleaning service for an entire week, especially with a family staying.

Dejligt sted. Flot lejlighed og central beliggenhed. Rent og pænt. Eneste minus er, at stedet ikke har en aftale med et sted, hvor man kan opbevare bagage, når man er checket ud.
