Beautifully appointed and comfortable basement apartment in a quiet lovely residential neighborhood. Great wifi, and kitchen and bathroom were nicely supplied. I appreciated the bottled water and coffee waiting for me when I checked in. Would definitely stay again when in London. One point, is that you must descend a flight of stairs to enter the unit. This didn't bother me at all but some people might not want this challenge.

Location was quiet Room was quiet and private (some vacuuming upstairs above bedroom) Found a sticky mess on floor near living room table No instructions for coffee machine or shower Bed was too high with only one side table Stairwell and entry door had too many levels Cupboards were installed for folks who were over 6 feet

From people walking around on the floor above, dropping things, talking loudly and sliding doors, it is quite loud until late at night and starting again very early in the morning (3 am). It is unfortunate as it a nice, well appointed and spotless place in a lovely neighbourhood with friendly hosts.
