Staff were very friendly with an enthusiastic welcome at reception. The included breakfast was good and, again, the lady running the kitchen & breakfast room was very friendly. Unfortunately, my room was at the very top of the property and the excessive heat made the room unbearable and sleeping impossible.

Amazing place to stay, all the staff were so friendly and very helpful. Breakfadt was excellent, beds were comfortable and super clean bathroom. Plenty of restaurants and supermarkets right nearby, Hyde Park just around the corner and Paddington a 2 minute walk, so convenient for everything. We would highly recommended staying here.

Good location. Room was at the very top of the house so there were lots of stairs to climb as there was no lift. All the hotels in this area have no lifts, so standard for area. Bed was too firm for my liking but was clean. Breakfast was standard. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The cheapest rooms are very small but thanks to clever planning they work well for one person. Water taps make regulating temperature hard (very English problem). Breakfast was particularly nice with a full english breakfast and eggs made to order. Cereals of many varieties and fruit juices available. Nice and helpful staff!

Daily breakfasts were great. 2 blocks from Paddington Station which lets you take the Heathrow Express both ways (£26 for a roundtrip vs approx £200 now for a taxi). Great food choices nearby including Nandos and Wahaka) - and great tube and bus options.

Friendly reception staff Was a bit confused on the rooms being in a separate building to the reception but the room was adequate and had the amenities needed for a night stay. The WiFi didn't work well and no signal on the TV but I think that was due to having a basement room. Breakfast was a bit confusing as didn't have other veggie options apart from beans hash browns and a tomato. I would stay again I would just probably request a different room.

We were placed in a hotel a few doors down which wasn't the kings and the breakfast we went back upto the kings which was very cramped. The chef was really good as she was really trying to keep everyone happy. The room could of done with a clean and was very small.

Perfect hotel for super price

I booked Kingsway Park Hotel, but we stayed at Admiral Hotel (in the same building). Everything was perfect: location, cleaning, room, staff, english breakfast. Stay at this hotel was amazing.
