Upon arrival, the receptionist was very polite and it was so quick to check in. The room was ideal for a solo traveller staying for one night. This hotel is going through some renovations which is needed. The bathrooms are dated, the lift is tiny and the hallways are narrow with multiple doors to bypass. We arrive during the heatwave and even though there was an AC unit, it didn’t work and we relied heavily on the fan at night to sleep. They were very stingy with their towels. I also wish there was a small fridge in the room. The location was great though, tucked off a busy street so it was quiet and Hyde park was across the street. Lots of restaurants and shopping as well, very central location.
