The stay was excellent, proximity to Paddington Station was amazing and Hyde park was just a few blocks away. Plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. Breakfast was simple but delicious! Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.

This hotel is close to so much, good places to eat with so much options, situated close to a main train station (Paddington) where traveling to other parts of England and Europe is just a train ride away. I would recommend a stay at this location or any place in the neighborhood.

The hotel is in a lovely area with shops, bars and restaurants, close to Hyde Park and Paddington Station. Thecstaff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast was nice, and the bed was comfortable.

Lovely staff and great breakfast, my room was made up each day and sheets changed regularly. I felt safe and comfortable for my visit. Fantastic location, it took me 5 minutes to walk from Paddington station and they were able to hold my luggage when I arrived early. Definitely would stay again!

I enjoyed the breakfast selection of hot and cold foods, the staff was very helpful when I needed to drop off my luggage for a few hours, and the location can’t be beat - walkable from Paddington Station. My room was tiny but had everything I needed as a traveler on a budget.

A very charming hotel in a lovely neighborhood. It is quite small, having once been a townhouse. The rooms can be a bit of a challenge to access. The only downside to the hotel is the lack of air conditioning, but they will give you a fan upon request. Breakfasts were very good. The staff was very pleasant. I would stay there again, but not in the heat of summer!
