Clean, newly renovated apartment

Lovely place. The entrance is well lit and easy to use. Beautifully kept garden with a table and chairs for relaxing in it. The apartment itself appears to be very new, but a little stark. Large closet, good bed, and kitchen with all new appliances. Not being familiar with the Heatmiser under floor heating controls, it took a day or so to get the temperature controls sorted. Would recommend the communication from the owners include where to find manuals or PDF manuals for the Heatmiser thermostats, the Lutron light switches, and the microwave.

Wonderful apartment in a great location!

Great location - safe and close to a tube station - and a well maintained newer property. A problem with getting into the original unit booked was quickly handled by moving us to another one. Stayed here before and will again. Recommendations: Bring dishwasher tabs if staying more than a couple days. Unless you know how to work the lighting and underfloor heating, Google them upon arrival so you won't be as frustrated as I was my first trip. No air conditioning - not really important unless you happen to stay there during the few warm days in London as we did. Open windows quickly cool the unit down, but it can play havoc with allergies. Spent a bit of time on the phone with the management company, and I truly have not had a better experience handling issues (some caused by me-some not) in my travels.
