Everything that I needed was in walking distance. Groceries, atms etc, friendly staff & a variety of great price restaurants in the area to choose from!!
A clean, comfortable and safe place to stay for the travellers that are out more than in and enjoy a comfortable stay after a long day out and about. Wonderful staff. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely go back!

Quite a long walk to nearest tube but buses nearby, small room but ok ,comfortable bed ,quiet area ,felt safe, shower was hot, dated decor all on a budget as expected with what I paid.
Hotel 261 is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood and is close to the subway, which made getting around London easy. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, I had a good stay and would recommend it for a convenient and reasonably priced place to stay in London.
The Hotel needs some TLC, the sheets weren't in great condition and I'd suggest changing the black pillowcases and duvet covers. There was loud music outside in the evening but wid the windows closed it didn't cause us problems. The Hotel is cheap for London and coveniently located in front of a bus stop.
Staff helpful & friendly.
Room was clean & comfortable enough. Convenient transport links.
Shower not so pleasant but workable.
Fit for purpose as a budget hotel
The hotel was well priced for what we got. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff where very helpful to accommodate our queries and requirements. We would stay here again.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Onside parking available at an additional charge on a first come, first served basis.
Everything was clean. Staff was very friendly.
Close to bus, but about 15 min from the tube. Once we sorted out the bus, it was great!!
Beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed.
Staff were very helpful to check in and storage of our luggage after checking out. Room was clean and tidy. To note - only issue we had was that we didn’t have water in the evening this was due to a burst pipe and Thames water were in attendance on the roadside outside. All was ok after
Easy to find hotel, close to amenities/trains/shops. Great size room for my solo stay, room was nice and clean, bed was quite rigid and uncomfortable but no other complaints at all. Very good budget stay.
I had a 5 day stay at this hotel. The customer service was excellent, especially as provided by Dylan. I accidentally left my phone in a taxi and Dylan spent over an hour trying to get it back for me (later the driver did return). The room was attractive and clean and the double bed was comfortable. Hot water came on almost immediately. What I didn't like: the Underground subway was a long walk (15-20 minutes). Also, I did not realize the breakfast was not onsite but at an Italian restaurant, a 5-7 minute walk. It was not available until after 9 am so I was unable to use it twice when I had early morning excursions. Breakfast was unavailable during my stay - I actually got a $10 voucher to use and it was for Italian food. The simple Caesar salad I had still cost me an addition GBR 9 more.
