I chose this hotel because I needed to catch an early morning bus from Victoria Coach Station.
If you only need a place to take a shower and sleep, it is acceptable. The room is extremely compact — perhaps a little too compact.
The location is very convenient, with plenty of supermarkets and places to eat nearby.
Victoria Coach Station is only a few minutes’ walk away.
I could go along the route of the rooms being tiny, but as it was advertised, im not going to.
It was very clean, very comfortable and very cool with the air-con.
I couldnt have had much better stay for the price anywhere else.
Amed was very friendly and helpful.
Room were like a small cube, with the shower and toilet all in the same space. Very had to take a shower when your just inches away from the toilet and the sink.
For the location the price was best I could find. Very clean, great staff. And as advertised it is small but we knew that and just wanted a bed. Good stay as expected.
My rating and review may be a bit mismatched. This is a great stay if you are looking for a place to sleep, shower, and plug in your electronics. There aren’t really any amenities. The staff was very nice during each interaction, it was a 5-10 min walk to the Victoria Station and the neighborhood was wonderfully safe when returning late at night.
I booked the same day for my 2-night stay and was given a 3rd-floor room. Nothing else was available. There is NO lift. I’m 56 yrs old and luckily in good health and was able to get myself and my carry-on up to my room.
The room was incredibly small but I wanted a place to sleep comfortably not hang out. There was no refrigerator or closet to hang clothes, iron etc.
The bathroom was also very small and reminded me of the bathroom on airplanes if they added a shower. If I were any larger, I’m not sure how I would have used the bathroom or showered comfortably.
The air conditioning worked fine, and the water was hot with good pressure.
I slept well every night and enjoyed my time in London. I would stay again.
I stayed in a windowless room which was fine. Had aircon. The bathrooms are tiny. My only complaint was my room LG6 had what i can only describe as a loud buzzer go off for around 10secs. I thought it was the air con but i switched it off and it still made it. It would happen intermittently but would wake you from sleep. Apart from that it was in a good location.
I stayed here with my wife for two nights. Here’s a honest review. This was a clean Hotel. Sheets were clean and so were the towels. Room smelled fresh and so did the entire hotel. Before booking I knew it was going to be small, and it most definitely is very small. But I knew this before going. We put the suit cases under the bed. They have a free water dispenser which was helpful. Our air conditioner broke the first night and it was a little hot and we weren’t able to get it resolved till the morning so that sucked a little. You also have to go next door to use the 1 communal iron. But I can’t complain much at least they offer that amenity. So if you need something clean and cheap, stay here.
The Staff great the room was not it was a lot smaller with a bed position between two walls were the only way of getting into the bed from the bottom with a wall either side for myself and my partner unable to get out of bed without crawling down the bed to get out during the night to go to the toilet, not as
Shown-on the webpage maybe next time instead of putting a 48 inch screen TV on the wall they pay more attention to the spaces for the beds
A great area for exploring. Staff really helpful. I had a v small room on the lower ground floor which was very clean with a non opening window but the AC was great. Shower had good pressure.
The room and shower cubicle were TINY! I don’t know how 2 people would cope in there! The sound proofing between the rooms is VERY POOR and I had 2 nights of very little sleep. Take earplugs!
My original room was up 6 flights of stairs so- as an oldie, I opted for the LG room instead. Honestly, I could have had a perfectly understandable conversation through the wall with my neighbours.
This is a pod hotel. No window. Bed is touching the wall on 3 sides. Bathroom is a pod like you’d have in a caravan. If you leave a gap in the shower curtain #soggytoiletpaper . Slight damp smell in the bathroom. It has aircon, but airflow is poor and the sleeping area gets stale. One person at a time can get dressed. If you know all that, it’s clean and well maintained.
