Tremendous hotel. Warm greeting on arrival and pleasant team members throughout our stay. Great location meant we could walk through regents park to Camden and beyond without needing the underground. Breakfast superb with great variety for all.
The staff was very helpful in getting us around town and to attractions. The room was very clean and comfortable. It’s a nice neighborhood Regents Park and just a short few steps from the bus line. Would happily stay there again.
A pleasant hotel with attentive staff. The rooms were clean and comfortable. It has a handful of restaurants and convenience shops very close to the hotel, but it’s certainly not in a busy area. If you’re looking for a calm stay in an upscale and beautiful neighborhood, this is an excellent choice. It’s a 15 to 20 minute walk to the bustling area around baker street. The staff were always eager to help
Excellent hotel - well located for Lords, Regents Park and Baker Street. Room was clean and very well equipped; staff were polite, friendly and efficient.
Excellent breakfast.
Not my first time staying here and again I wasn't disappointed. The breakfast is always well cooked and plentiful, the rooms are always cleaned and the staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. It has become my go to place to stay and I'll be back later in the year.
A lovely hotel with great rooms and friendly helpful staff.
The only let down was the average breakfast. A solid 4.5 and I will definitely use it again.
A friend and I booked a family annex room for a weekend away for our special birthdays. The room was ideal because we both had our own space, sleeping area and bathroom but the safety of being in the same room - much better than separate adjoining rooms. The space was pretty big, especially for London and the hotel was nice and clean. It was a great location between St John's Wood and Baker Street tube stations and near Regent's Park. The breakfast buffet was good, there was a decent choice though nothing particularly different to others I have had. I would definitely recommend this hotel. It was great value for money.
This hotel was superb, it had great staff that were all willing to help and make our stay enjoyable. The location was excellent as great to stroll to St John’s Wood underground through Abbey Road. Rooms were clean and spacious.
