The property is located in central area which walking distance to public transportation, restaurants and sightseeing locations. The apartment was very clean and quiet. There was air conditioning and kitchen facilities. The staff were very polite and willing to offer assistance. I sure would like to stay there again.

First off the reception staff were exceptionally polite and courteous. Our room was as we'd expected and suited our needs. There was only one hiccup though that the washing machine developed a fault which then took out the cold water supply, but these things happen. We'd definitely stay again, thank you.

Very well located steps from Mansion House tube station. THe room itself was very large, clean and airconditioned. Perfectly equipped full kitchen. The only downside is that rooms are not made available even minutes before 4PM checkin without a very hefty fee.

It was a great stay. The staff was fantastic! The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable. Only two relatively minor things to note though. Maybe this is normal in London, but literally everything in the room has its own wall switch. Including the WiFi router, which took me a while to find. The TV was also on its last legs. I only used it to watch YouTube and I quickly learned that once a video was playing, even adjusting the volume was too much for it to handle and the TV would stutter at best and turn off at best. Even if I didn’t touch the remote, it would eventually do this anyway (an obligatory sleep timer?).

Staff were helpful. Beds are small for a couple, and uncomfortable. The courtyard is used for smoking, which is unpleasant when getting one of the lifts. Kitchen facilities are reasonable. WiFi is decent for work or streaming.

Its best feature was that it was QUIET! We stayed three nights and didn’t hear anything at all the first two. The location was good, being right next to Mansion House station. The only bad thing was that house keeping only came once a week. Maybe this is common in London though.

We stayed in a large studio and were really impressed with the size compared to a lot of other properties in London. Very clean with everything you need (apart from decaf coffee!) We arrived a few hours before check-in to see if we could leave our bags and the room was already available which was a bonus. Very friendly, helpful staff. Great location 2 mins from the tube. Would definitely stay again.
