There were no hotel staff. The check in instructions were easy to follow. The room was very cramped and cited as a suite - it was not a suite. There were 3 of us so there was a sofa bed and a double bed, with very little room to move between or around them. There was a fan, and a kettle. The bathroom was quite smelly and the room very warm and stuffy. The stairs going down to it were very narrow which made it difficult going back up with a suitcase. I would not stay here again.

The room was small and basic but as per London standards. Bed was comfortable but no air-con, which normally in England isn't a problem but we visited on the hottest day in May, there was an old air blower tower but it didn't really do much. However, even with the windows open and being next to a restaurant it wasn't too noisy and we slept well after our long day out. It was perfect for our needs as simply a base of operations for central London. A quick walk to the tube, really lovely area with lots of nice cafes and a fabulous Mediterranean restaurant. The owner was very accommodating and let us drop our suitcase off early so we could go off and enjoy the sights before check-in. TV reception was spotty but again we weren't there for that. Price for the accommodation was definitely reasonable and i would recommend.

Great little hotel. Perfectly situated for my visit (came to see a show at the BBC). Check in was easy. The reception has someone there for some hours during the day but you’re given a door code for outside those hours. 5 mins walk from Russell Square tube station.

We spent one night before leaving London and this hotel was perfectly located within a easy 10 minute walk between St Pancas and Euston Stations. The street was a bit noisy at night but didn’t bother us really. The room was comfortable and perfect for our needs. Would definitely choose it again when visiting central London.

For the price it was excellent. Lovely Nespresso coffee machine and comfy bed. Perfect location. 8 mins walk from Euston and 2 min walk to tube. Safe area if travelling alone. It's not the Savoy but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Lovely bright room.
