The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and the hotel is in a great location, close to South Kensington station. While the room worked for our stay, it is worth noting that the room did not look like the pictures Expedia has posted on its booking site.

Cute studio. My cousin and I loved that it had everything we needed - a stove, microwave, laundry machine, iron, etc. Check in was amazingly smooth and the best part was that our room was ready 3 hours earlier than expected! There wasn’t any air conditioning but we just opened the windows and it let a nice breeze in. Overall, I’d love to stay here again. It’s so walkable and we were very pleased with everything!

A decent enough room for a night in London, but bed and bathroom were small, and the room quite stuffy. Bathroom could do with some attention as paint peeling off the door and limescale on the sink and shower. Toiletries provided are not very good quality.

Stay here several times here. It isn't modern and trendy, however, very clean and spacious room (booked an exective studio on this occasion), useful kitchen, comfortable bed and excellent location in the heart of Chelsea.

This is the second time I have stayed at Chelsea Cloisters and I will stay again. It is not the Ritz; the rooms are small, are of various ages and could do with a bit of a refresh. However if you’re after a reasonably priced place in a good location stay here. The beds are comfy, the bathrooms okay and you have the bonus of a kitchenette and washing machine. Importantly, the staff are friendly and accommodating. Finally, two of the four lifts don’t appear to work so ask for a room on a low floor.

Great location and easy access to the Tube. The area was safe and great places to eat, shops and museum close. The bathroom was small. The kitchen was great with a bonus of a washer/dryer. As a solo traveler, I would definitely stay there again.

Great location but this hotel needs a decoration update, layout and amenities fine but the windows are in need of a paint and draughty and the door lock was a bit cranky! The rooms are comfy and for the price it’s good value and the beds are comfortable. Friendly helpful staff and good location

Excellent serviced apartments let down slightly by two out of four lifts not working which had been a long term problem and is bad if you are on a higher floor. But good service with apartments serviced every tow days (and oven the dish washing done)

the place is generally good in terms of location, cleanness, and staff. i would definitely come back again. couple downsides : elevator is super tiny barely fit 4 people with no luggage, there were only one elevator working during our stay for some reason, we had to climb stairs pretty much the whole time, could be a big problem for older people. noise from street is very loud even past mid night. it probably because it’s a london thing, but if you are a light sleeper, ask for a room not facing street.
