I'm giving it four stars because the apartment was very hot, and the AC wasn't working. Since we arrived late at night, there wasn't much that could be done immediately, but they offered fans the next day, which helped a bit. The apartment is close to a major street, so it was noisy most of the time, and the building door was quite loud whenever people entered or exited, which was a bit unsettling. No parking on site or near by and the to garages recommended were full overnight. However, the place was very clean, the area felt very safe (which is a priority for my family), and the staff were amazing. This is def a 5 star accommodation. I cannot recommend this place enough! Fantastic location just in front of Hyde Park, lovely decor, and very helpful team. Our 3 teenaged kids all absolutely loved the apartment. It was cleaned regularly and with everything you needed, it became home and will probably stay here again the next time we’re in London.
