Best luxury house in west london. Brand new custom built with all the HIGH END finishes. Fully fenced backyard with covered patio finished with lounge area, bbq, patio heater, bluetooth ceiling speakers and modern lightning fixtures. Fun activities includes PS4, POOL TABLE, BASKETBALL, GYM AMENITIES. More than 3000sqft fully furnished finished space good for large/small groups looking for a luxury getaway. *Free 4 car parking on the driveway and 2 car parking in garage.
* 5 spacious bedrooms which can accommodate upto 10 guests.
* One king and one queen mattress in the basement with 3 extra cots can accommodate upto 7 people.
* 2 Full washrooms equipped with bathtubs & standing showers and 1 half washroom.
* High chair for baby feeding.
* Pool table in the basement along with a gym setup and mini games for kids.
* Basketball stand on driveway.
* Barbecue in the patio along with lounge seating and a beautiful patio heater.
* Enjoy beautiful sunset views from the patio and also enjoy some cozy time in the backyard with beautiful outdoor firepit.
* Netflix will be provided along with tv on ground floor as well as in 2 bedrooms.
