Just a one stay night, solo traveller checking in rather late. 5 min walk from West Kensington tube. Very friendly welcome. My single room was perfect - clean and spacious. Bathroom small but adequate and all amenities available - TV, tea/coffee making facilities. A comfy sleep. I didn’t intend on having breakfast but my friends were running late. Sufficient buffet continental breakfast. Staff on hand to help with any issues/queries. Check out was very smooth. Happily stay again and wholeheartedly recommend.

Great stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The staff were amazing — friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, even with a sofa bed, and the bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was clean, quiet, and well maintained, which made it easy to relax after a busy day. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I needed a reasonably-priced room to crash in after an overnight flight and this fit the bill perfectly. Everything was brand new and sparkling clean. I would not want to share the room with another person but it was just right for one. Staff were helpful and friendly. Properly easily accessed from airport via subway.
