The standard rooms are on lower floors, so an upgrade is any floor from 10. We love to watch the dogs at Battersea Dogs Home get their excercise out if the large floor to ceiling windows. Staff are wonderful and tje room is tight but everything you need is there; coffee and water for drinks, walk in shower with decent water pressure and a bar restaurant on site.
The hotel itself is in a fantastic location right in the heart of all the shopping you could want PLUS the Transport for London Uber boats; its like a river cruise for $3.50!! Covent Garden is a few stops along while you see all the bridges and House of Parliament and London Eye
We went as far as Greenwich with great restaurants and tourist spots.
Absolutely fantastic stay, wish we could've stayed longer. Anand at the front desk made us feel super special and organized a bottle of prosecco and upgrade to our room within seconds!
The rooftop pool was stunning and I loved the styling of the room. Would 100% stay again.
Perfect place to enjoy sunny weather, pool is heated but not hot. Lovely to cool down. Hot tub is nice also, we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% come back. Sauna and steam room were immense and much needed after a stressful week. Ps I want to live here
Nice hotel in cool location. Hotel was extremely busy and roof top bar difficult to get a seat. Didn’t use the pool as also too busy at the time of visiting. Rooms nice but basic, no water at bedside and had to go down to M&S to get a supply. Bathroom very uninspiring with a tiny sink that it’s difficult to even spit out toothpaste! We are staying again as location is great for us for both Battersea and Chelsea.
It's a decent hotel in an interesting area of London. Good spacious room, excellent breakfast and Italian restaurant on ground floor. Good rooftop bar. The pool, though, is tiny and the decor is a little tired. Lovely, helpful staff throughout.
