We loved our time here. The room did not feel like a conventional hotel, but it was spacious. It is in walking distance of a lot of Central London things. The breakfast was simple, but filling and delicious. Definitely value for money. Would stay again.

The hotel was very close to all amenities . And attractions . Accomadation was very basic. Having to share a bathroom with other guests.No air-con which we missed because we visited in a heat wave . So the room was very warm. Breakfast was good , continental but there was plenty of choice . Staff very pleasant . Overall good budget hotel

The photos did not set up my expectations for this hotel. I expected stairs and no A/C, but not the tiny and shared bathrooms on the floors. The room looked nothing like the photos and was quite disappointing because of that. The location is prime to great restaurants, shopping, and the British Museum. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately we stayed during the heatwave but we were in a basement room with a nice sash window. Unfortunately we didn’t find the large fan to the morning. Room clean and well presented, en-suite good. Excellent breakfast would stay again.

The breakfast was good, noise from the front door was noisy as guests were coming and going. The staff were very helpful. The back garden area would be great if they cleaned it up a bit. Hotel was close to the main site seeing items. The bed linen is getting a bit old.

It was allegedly an en suite room, but the shower & toilet cubicle was so small the shower was de facto unusable, and if you wanted to bend down to pull your trousers up you had no choice but to open the door first- it really was that small. The window was kept open by means of jamming a piece of wood under the sash. The room was on the top floor and very warm. The linen was clean, the bed was comfortable and the continental breakfast was nice. The location is handy for the St. Pancras station, the British Museum and theatre-land. The staff were friendly and efficient and they actually let us check-out 30 minutes later than initially agreed at no extra cost. The bottom line is it was good value at the price we paid, and perfectly adequate for a one-night stay. I'd consider it again in the same circumstances, but not for a longer stay.

Positives: Staff were nice. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was good. Location was amazing! Negatives: Rooms were way too hot. No relief from the outside heat. Need portable ac units. Had window open to try and get a cool breeze. Woke up in the morning and a outside roach was laying on its back near my pillow. Next night when I woke up in the morning, I had a very sore thumb. It was swollen and had a bite mark. It is still in the healing stages.
