overall a good stay - the place was true to its claims and offers good value. A few minor issues - coffee machine was broken, only 2 sheets on a paper towel roll was provided, and no bag in the garbage bin, and we needed to reach out to host to get the address and lockbox code on the day of arrival. Otherwise a satisfactory stay.

The house is gorgeous with everything you could need, beds are very comfy, garden was lovely to sit out it in the sunshine, and the host was amazing. Super quick responses, and couldn't have been more helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Booked a room with a double bed and chair bed for two people, and checked the chair bed had been set up on the morning of our check in. Upon arrival, the flat we were given just had a double bed and was not the room in the pictures. Host is a business and told us someone would come along to help in a few minutes. Waited over 45 minutes before Vrbo got ahold of him and he said the original room wasn't available and cancelled the booking. Room was pretty grimey, fridge stopped the bathroom door from opening properly, and my 6ft colleague wouldn't have been able to fit under the shower.
