Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
I was very disappointed with this property. The room had a very unpleasant smell because the carpet was old and dirty. The walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, making it difficult to rest. My room was extremely hot, and when I reported it, I was simply told to open the windows. Unfortunately, the windows didn't work properly, and even if they had, it didn't feel safe to leave them open since they faced the street. The bathrooms are shared and located outside the rooms, and they were not clean during my stay. Additionally, there was rarely anyone at the reception desk if you needed assistance. The only real advantage of this property is its location. It is within walking distance of many of London's main attractions and central areas. Overall, I would not stay here again and would not recommend it based on my experience.
