So glad we arranged the airport shuttle to pick us up when we arrived in London. The driver texted me to let us know he was at the airport. He was holding a sign with our names so we quickly identified him. The drive to the hotel was stress free.

Strand Palace Hotel
Very efficiently run hotel in the centre of the city,close to theatre land , the embankment and covent garden. Our only issue was the size of the room, tight for two people!

Copthorne Tara Hotel London Kensington
The room was clean but very dated. Notable problems included a poor shower (the bath ran at the same time). The room had no opening windows, which made it stuffy and as the aircon didn't seem to cool, this didnt help. Also the aircon was load, making sleep difficult if you want air! We paid for the ...
