"Excellent hotel, very friendly and welcoming staff, the tube station is directly at rear of the hotel so easy access to central London, there are convience stores near hotel, excellent breakfast with great choice of hot or cold foods, the hotel and rooms are very clean, limited car parking available at the hotel, and I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again."

"2 night stay arriving on day one at 9.30pm. Hotel and room good overall with nice bed and bathroom. No toilet paper in room. Reported to the two staff on reception at about 6.15 am on 29th June on way out and gave room number, they said they would fix it. Got back after work, still no toilet paper. Went down at about 6.45 pm on way out for dinner and reported again to sole man on reception who did fix it - thank you! Housekeeping also took small towel for bathroom floor away on first day without replacing so lots of water on floor on morning of day two. Small niggled in grand scheme of things but seems staff need some training…"

"We had a great stay at the Crown Plaza. It was a perfect venue for attending a concert at Wembley. It is located right by a tube station but we caught the 483 bus to Wembley as the bus stop is right outside the hotel. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the breakfast had plenty of choice. Overall it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay and I would recommend ."

"The location was excellent, quiet and room was big & clean. There were many restaurants within walking distance, which made the location even more convenient The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only complaints were that the room was a bit warm even though the air conditioning was on, and the shower was open with no door or enclosure, so water easily splashed onto the bathroom floor, which was a bit inconvenient Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would consider staying here again."

"Great hotel within a five minute walk to the station. Staff are friendly and helpful. They even put some balloons and petals in our room for my daughter’s birthday which she was thrilled about. Rooms were clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall an excellent stay."
