"I have to say that the longer i stayed in the hotel the more i was intrigued to what i was visually experiencing regarding the creative designs of the hotel and the functionality and concept of using the amenities. Very! cool!. I did not have one issue with the staff each and everyone were approachable and helpful. They were also helpful and patient since my knee was injured and a ice pack was needed to soothe my pain in the evening. I would give them my ice packs every morning for them to leave in their freezer and give them to me every evening and never made me feel i was asking to much. I really liked how the metro was a 5mn walk from the hotel and a 15mn metro ride to downtown Amsterdam very convenient. There was also a 4 minute walk to a convenient store for any amenities needed. Bravo ruby i can say i picked the right hotel for my trip. Thanks to all of you for a wonderful stay. xoxo"

"I truly enjoyed my stay at Hampton by Hilton right in the mall with easy access to all the restaurants, shops and train station. Staff at the reception were amazing, room clean and neat, great breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting to stay right in the middle of Utrecht."

This is a beautiful, modern hotel in a fantastic location—just a short 2-minute walk to the metro and less than 15 minutes into central Amsterdam. It’s the ideal balance of convenience and calm. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. My room was spacious, spotless, and stylishly designed, with all the modern comforts you’d hope for. The on-site spa and gym were excellent additions, perfect for unwinding or keeping up with a fitness routine. Honestly, I can’t see why anyone would leave a negative review.
