Great service

Amazing location and great staff!

Great resort, quiet, clean and romantic. Good food and adaptable to dietary needs etc. Scenic beach with big waves although for swimming or souvenirs it is best to go to the other nearby beach using the excellent free shuttle service. Bed is comfy, with good in room facilities including fridge, hairdryer and nice toiletries. Lots of lounging options around gardens and pool. Stunning scenery.

Lovely hotel and staff

Situated just outside Kuta within easy reach of all surrounding beaches. The villas are scrupulously clean and chic and the private pool is so refreshing. The larger shared pool is huge and very quiet! The staff though really make this resort 4 star...they are so courteous, helpful and friendly, we can't praise them enough. The food too is really good standard at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend this villa stay and we will definitely return.

Lovely stay here to end our time in Lombok, greeted by monkeys on the balcony at 7am!

From the moment we were collected from the airport we knew we were in safe hands. Cold towel and water upon arrival and even wifi for the car journey to the hotel made the long journey bearable! The rest of the 4 days were amazing, from trekking to waterfalls, to swimming with turtles and even feeding the Angel fish over on the Gili Islands were experiences we'll treasure forever. A little peace of Paradise! Beautiful guesthouse on a hill in Lombok. Views are to die for, be it the sun setting behind Mount Agung on Bali, the fishermen’s colourful boats sailing home from a nights fishing, the lights in the darkness, the fishermen on the ocean or the stars in the sky. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Beautiful hotel, gorgeous room, lovely pool. What made it so special was the staff who went above and beyond, every was personalised for you!

A great wee complex, quite and relaxed, the staff were amazing. Because your in the local village you get to chat with the locals and give hi 5's to the local kids. Only negative thing is the mosque calls, they can be quite loud but you soon get use to it and blank them out.

This is an amazing hotel with a beautiful outlook onto the sea and Bali in the distance. The staff was extremely good in all ways, very attentive (eg providing iced water by the pool without being asked) and the food was excellent. We were there to relax, and that is exactly what we did.

A haze-free trip!! Lombok was totally unaffected by the recent haze that has been affecting the whole region. For a start, Sudamala has provided an excellent service for our honeymoon trip! Special thanks to Sudamala staffs, Zul and Taufik for both fetching and driving us from and to Lombok International Airport. We had a wonderful stay at Rinjani Lodge during our honeymoon. The hotel is beautiful, with fantastic views of the mountain and jungle valley. Its location is great to visit the Senaru waterfalls and also to walk to local bars and restaurants along the road. Our room was really large, clean and comfy and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurant was lovely for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Thank you! :)

We loved our stay at Harmony Villas - they staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is very central and surrounded by fantastic eating and drinking establishments. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and the breakfast overlooking the pool makes for a very special experience. Thank you Harmony Villas!

We had a lovely stay at this property, the rooms were nice and the pool and pool area were so nice to sit around. Arina and Firman were so lovely and helpful, especially when my gf was sick they resply helped her. The bathroom probably needs a little better ventilation as it smelled quite damp and the shower was a bit temperamental with the temperature. But overall it was a very good stay and would recommend to anyone.

Really well run, delightful hotel. All the staff were fabulously friendly and efficient - from the front desk to the waiting staff to the gardeners and cleaners. A joy to be around - can't praise them highly enough. Spacious rooms extremely well designed and decorated and bed super-comfortable. Good strong shower in sheltered outdoor area off the bathroom.
