There are two pools - one for those who come to eat/drink and one for residents. The property is set among beautiful and well maintained gardens with many flowers and trees attracting butterflies and birds. We had an issue with our safe and it was looked after immediately. The property is located very close to the gate to the park for the waterfalls. And close to restaurants and local shops/spas. There is an ATM close by. I leave my last words for the staff who are wonderful, friendly, welcoming and most helpful. A true asset to the hotel. We would absolutely return to this hotel and we hope to. The terrace immersed in the rice fields is simply spectacular. The room was cozy and provided with all amenities. The breakfast was really good - especially the papaya ginger jam made by the owner which I will never forget. The hotel features two very sweet and friendly dogs and one cute little cat too. The staff helped us also with transport to Bangsal harbor to catch the boat to Gili for a very fair price. Next time we'll definitely stay more. Totally recommended!
