Great place, very tidy and mountain modern
My wife, daughter and I enjoyed our visit to livigno and the comfort of this hotel. A swift lift, unusually good in the mountains (or Italy in general) Plenty of parking and close enough to the action but far enough to sit on your balcony and enjoy the view in piece. Staff were wonderful. Room was well thought out and the build quality is high. Would definitely stay there again

Hotel subito fuori le zone ztl di Livigno, con parcheggio disponibile gratuitamente in loco e posizione strategica per muoversi nei dintorni, sia a piedi, che in bici che in macchina. Colazione abbondante e varia, sala per le colazioni curata e con tutto a disposizione. Fantastici i servizi extra a disposizione come spa (bagno turco, sauna finlandese e sauna bio) e piscina con zona relax annessa. Consigliato! Quando torneremo a Livigno sicuramente sarà una delle nostre prime scelte.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und modern und der Spa- Bereich ist top. Diese mal hatten wir leider ein älteres Zimmer. Die neuen Zimmer sind sehr schön - die älteren Zimmer eher in die Jahre gekommen. Wir werden aber auf jeden Fall wieder das Hotel buchen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist auch sehr grosszügig - während der Coronazeit wurde alles serviert was tipttop war.

Super zentrales und schönes Hotel
Der Aufenthalt im Hotel Francesin war toll. Das zimmer war sehr modern, schön und geräumig. Das Frühstücksbuffet war herrvoragend. Der Spa-Bereich ist sehr schön. Es hat einen Pool mit Drüsen, zwei Saunas, Dampfbad und viel Platz zum Entspannen. Alles ist sehr modern ubd gepflegt. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Eigentlich ein schönes Hotel, allerdings mit neuen und sehr alten Zimmern. Das sollte man erfragen. Die hotelführungen Familie ist allerdings ziemlich unfreundlich, man fühlt sich nicht sonderlich willkommen. Unsere Kinder saunieren gern und kennen die Regeln. Trotzdem würden wir aus der Sauna rausgeschmissen!, da sie noch nicht 16 Jahre waren. Nie wieder......

Gute Unterkunft für Familien
Hotel gut mit toller Aussicht. Hat zwar keine Restaurants die zu Fuss erreichbar waren, aber eines im hotel. Tennisplatz war gratis benutzbar war aber zu Teil uneben. Der Pool war nett, aber wie üblich in Italien musste man eine Badekappe haben oder kaufen. Service gut und Zimmer auch. Die tv Kanäle wie immer mehr oder weniger auf Italienische begrenzt und leider keine CH Sender.

Nice hotel with perfect location
Familiarly and nice hotel with perfect location. Good breakfast but the breakfast service could have been better. We had early departure and asked for some yogurt and juice but felt us inconvenient.

Vacanza spettacolare
Vacanza perfetta. Hotel situato in posizione strategica, vicinissimo al centro ed agli impianti. Camera comodo, spaziosa, con splendida vista sulle montagne. Area sport attrezzatissima. Area wellness spettacolare con piscina calda che esce all'esterno, sauna, bagno turco, area relax, docce emozionali. Colazione ottima, varia ed abbondante e personale di sala gentilissimo e disponibile. Ultima nota di dettaglio: materasso in camera fantastico, ricordatevi che attendiamo il modello per comprarcelo! grazie Luca&Lisa
