"Positives: The apartment was easy to book, in a convenient location. It had comfortable beds, comfortable sitting and dining areas and a suitable kitchen. We were able to collect our key late at night. Negatives: The heating did not work so we were always cold, the hot water ran out on the only full day of our visit, so we could not shower. "The house is great! Exactly as it looks in pictures. Our family had a nice week long stay. The host was very easy to work with - very clear communication and easy check in. We don’t have any issues. My only comment about the house is that it is very vertical (lots of interior stairs), so anyone with mobility issues or small kids should be aware. "
