Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.
    2-room apartment 45 m2, on the ground floor. Beautiful and tasteful furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed, satellite TV and hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Die Ferienwohnung ist klein, aber fein. Für 2 Personen völlig ausreichend. Der Hund konnte sich draußen auf der komplett eingezäunten kleinen Terrasse aufhalten.

Klasse Ferienwohnung!!!

Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.Die Ausstattung war prima, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt.Der kleine Garten an der Terrasse ist komplett umzäunt, sodass wir unseren Hund ruhigen Gewissens auch frei laufen lassen konnten.Die Vermieterfamilie wohnt im selben Haus und hat uns direkt mit Ausflugs- und Restaurant-Tipps versorgt - sehr sympathisch. Sowohl der Strand von Loissin, als auch von Vierow sind sehr schön und gut erreichbar, wenngleich Badeschuhe teilweise zu empfehlen wären.

Vermieter wohnen mit am Haus,sind aber sehr nett und haben immer ein offenes Ohr bei Fragen ,halten aber auch die Privatsphäre ein. In der Unterkunft ist alles sauber,gepflegt und ohne Makel. Umgebung sehr gut zum spazieren,Ruhe genießen,aber man ist auch schnell in der nä.Stadt.Strand sehr nah,für Hunde auch sehr gut,da eingezäunte Terrasse .Ausstattung ist vollständig, wenn was fehlt bekommt man es von dem Vermieter ausgeliehen.

Wer eine ruhige Ferienwohnung sucht, ist hier richtig! Für unsere Familie (fast) perfekt. Wir werden sicher noch einmal wieder kommen. Das einzige - für uns nicht optimale- ist die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer. Wer jedoch kleiner als mein 2 Meter Mann und durchschnittsgewicht hat kann dort gut schlafen.
