It has not been a school for 90 years. During the renovation special emphasis was placed on authenticity. So much was worked with old brick, clay and wood. Many old components were used again. The apartments have unique clay stoves installed, but there is also a gas heater available. On the ground floor underfloor heating under large terracotta plates. The kitchens are equipped with the latest technology 'shabby-look' apartments all have separate entrances. The apartment 3 is in the annex. Und wir wurden nicht enttäuscht. Die Ferienwohnung 3 von Herrn Alster entspricht genau den Beschreibungen und bot unserer Familie (2 Erw. + 2 Ki (3 und 12 Jahre) genügend Platz zur Erholung. Zusätzlich möchten wir anmerken, dass die steile Treppe von oben mit einer Treppenschutztür gesichert werden kann. Zudem fanden wir den kleinen abgeschlossenen Bereich um das Häuschen sehr angenehm, da wir dort unsere Fahrräder, Fahrradträger usw. gut abstellen konnten. Herzlichen Dank an Herrn Alster und Frau Below! Im Ort gibt es eine sehenswerte Kirche mit Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder, daneben ein Schlosspark und ein Kinderspielplatz. Der Ort liegt direkt am Ostseeradweg. Zum Bodden/Strand sind es mit dem Rad nur wenige Minuten; sehr zu empfehlen ist das dahinter liegende Naturschutzgebiet Lanken. Tagestouren sind mit dem Rad nach Lubmin oder Greifswald problemlos möglich. Im Nachbarort Loissin gibt es einen Minimarkt, der Mo-So ab 8 Uhr aufgebackene Brötchen anbietet. ##### Mathias K. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an sehr wohl und geborgen. Die reetgedeckten Häuser strahlen fiel Wärme und Charakter aus. Die Einrichtung ist bequem, kuschlich und trotzdem zweckmäßig. Ein besonderes Highlight ist der geniale Kamin und die Glasfront in den Garten mit Blick auf die Schafe. Schön war, dass der Strand mit den hauseigenen Fahrrädern schnell zu erreichen war und auch unser Hund ein gern gesehener Gast war. Toll wäre es, wenn es eine kleine Feuerschale gäbe. ##### Katrin R. Sauberkeit war max. befriedigend und die Terrassenmöbel fallen auch auseinander. Die Matratzen in allen Betten müssten allerdings mal getauscht werden. Die Betreuung fand ich sehr nett und im großen und ganzen fühlten wir uns gut aufgehoben. Das angenehme Klima in der Ferienwohnung ( 1 ) alles auf einer Ebene einschließlich Terrasse, ideal für uns und die Hunde nach einem warmen Tag am Strand. Fahrräder kostenfrei ausleihen, Tischtennis, Grillen einschließlich Feuerholz, Sauna, WLAN, Ruhe pur, alles inklusive. Vom 1\. Tag an fühlten wir uns wie zu Hause, was nicht zuletzt an der herzlich unkonventionellen Art unseres Vermieters lag.Nicht zuletzt ist es seine Lebenseinstellung, die uns ab dem 1.Tag im Urlaub ankommen lässt. Heute haben wir für das nächste Jahr 2 Wohnungen gebucht, da die Urlaubsbilder zu Hause begeisterten. Wir reisen jedes Jahr nach Mc Pomm, aber so zentral und zugleich die ruhige Natur findend, unvergleichlich. Der "kleine" Strand in Loissin ist mit Hunden ideal nah. Auch das Seebad Lubmin, Greifswald und Stralsund sind schnell mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Den Abschied versüßte uns ein selbstgebackenes Brot vom Vermieter. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr! Die natürlichen und geschackvollen Einrichtungsgegenstände wie z.B. der Backsteinofen, die Dusche -richtig klasse!-, die Türen oder die Treppe, die zum größten Teil Unikate sind und vom Vermieter selber entworfen und hergestellt wurden, zeichnen dieses Haus so aus. Man hat das Gefühl bei guten Freunden zu Gast zu sein, was den Aufenthalt sehr angenehm macht. Ein idealer Ort sich zu entspannen und zur Ruhe zu kommen. Wirklich ein Geheimtip. Ein Dank an den zuvorkommenden und lockeren Vermieter für ein so schönes Haus. Wir hatten eine super Zeit und werden wiederkommen.
