It is located only a few minutes from the most enchanting beaches on the coast, facing the spectacular panorama of Tavolara island, which appears as an imposing dolomite rock suspended in the gulf among the amazing turquoise of the sky and the sea. The apartments, which definitely stand out from the area standards, differ from each other in terms of position, size, articulation of spaces and interior design. Delicious verandas and terraces, surrounded by colourful flowers, allow to pleasantly use the outdoor spaces and enjoy the spectacular panorama of the gulf. The designer artistically distributed the accommodations in three harmonious groups of villas, between an alternation of small areas of Mediterranean scrub, rocks with warm shades of pink granite and delicious, extensive flower beds. Wer eine besondere Ferienwohnung mit einem erstklassigen Service sucht ist hier richtig. Die Empfehlungen des Eigentümers was Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten angeht sind ebenfalls spitze. Nachdem ich nicht immer das Gleiche schreiben will: die Appartments sind fantastisch in jeder Hinsicht, warum, das muß jeder selbst herausfinden ..siehe Fotos auf der Website ;-) Und egal, ob Faultier (wie ich), oder sehr aktiv, Flavio wird das Beste arrangieren. Sardinien hat sehr viel zu bieten, wer allerdings Party a la Ballermann sucht, sollte die Finger davon lassen. Freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch im zweiten zu Hause ! ##### Monika O. Es war unser erster Urlaub ohne All in Clusiv und wir sind sehr begeistert. Anfangs war alles etwas kompliziert mit der Buchung, da es alles auf Englisch und per Email mit Flavio abläuft und nicht wie üblich einfach auf ein Knopf mit Buchen gedrückt wird. Als wir jedoch dort angekommen sind, waren wir von der Anlage so begeistert, dass sich das ganze schreiben gelohnt hat. Die Apartments sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und nicht 0815 wie man es so kennt. Wir würden jedem empfehlen seinen Urlaub dort zu verbringen, denn wir und das ist sicher werden uns auf alle Fälle dort nochmal niederlassen :). Allerdings sollte man einiges an Geld dabei haben, denn die Kosten summieren sich. Sardinien ist nicht das günstigste Pflaster :). It was our second year we spent our vacation in these apartments and hope we’ll keep on. What is so unique? The whole approach – starting from the marvelous position with tremendous views, beaches around, facilities, restaurants, etc., followed by unique architecture and design of the whole complex. The owner is fascinated by architecture and design and you could feel it in every element, being that a piece of furniture or a lamp or organization of a garden or whole planning, everything has a touch and a feeling being in its place. The whole complex consists of 11 apartments (villas), each possessing own features. This year we stayed in both “basic” type of apartments and “superior” ones. To be honest “basic” is already ok and very nice, however levelling up brings some extras like better view, larger rooms, etc. But to feel home during the vacation you need something more than a nice design and situation – you need some attention from the hosts and in this part here everything is on top level. You start with getting a special “hand-made” guide composed by the owner of the apartments with all the how-to advises one needs: beaches, restaurants, excursions, shops, etc. But it’s not all – you get a personal attention of Flavio (the owner) who helps you in building your vacation in the way you want – he makes reservation for you, gives advises and in general he’s a very nice person to meet and have a conversation about various things. In general the whole impression of staying in these apartments is like being home – everything is comfortable, nice clean and cozy. Definitely it’s one of the best places to stay on Sardinia and by all means worth to be recommended to your friends. ##### Denis P. Notre petite maison était parfaitement conforme à nos attentes, look très design avec une vue imprenable sur la baie de San Paolo. Flavio, le responsable de la résidence, est très sympa et soucieux de faire bénéficier des meilleurs plans de l'ïle, le plus souvent avec des réductions! A Faire! Pensez tout de même à vous renseigner sur les services inclus dans le prix de la chambre pour pouvoir prévoir le budget total incluant les coûts additionnels. ##### olivier c. Il villaggio si trova in una bella posizione con vista sulla Tavolara ed il nostro monolocale molto ben curato così come in generale l'intero complesso. Ma a rendere il tutto come già detto "speciale" ha contribuito sicuramente la disponibilità e la generosità di consigli del proprietario sig. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in dieser traumhaft schönen Ferienanlage verbracht. Großartige Architektur, Design und viel Liebe zum Detail. Doch viel wichtiger war uns die vorzügliche Gastfreundschaft des Inhabers und seine vielen wertvollen Informationen und Tips. Auf Sardinien ist Anfang Juli schon ziemlich viel los, Hochsaison eben. Aber bei Flavio hat man einen liebevoll eingerichteten und ruhigen Rückzugsort zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung (wir waren im Appartment Nr. 11) entspricht den Bildern auf der Homepage und ist tollem Zustand. Besonders klasse ist sein selbst geschriebener Guide mit Restaurant- / Ausflugs- / Strandtipps. Außerdem haben ich noch nie erlebt, dass sich ein Gastgeber so intensiv und rührig um die Gäste kümmert. Wir waren super zufrieden und würden jederzeit wieder hinfahren. ##### Florian R. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Steffen D. 8 Jul 2016 #### Grandioser Urlaub in einer traumhaften Anlage Die Vorfreude auf das Apartment und die Anlage war schon in Deutschland sehr groß. Flavio (der Vermieter) sendete uns vorab ausführliche Infos zu seiner Ferienanlage und ein Tippheft zur Region (Restaurants, Strände. etc.). Unsere Lust war geweckt. Was uns dann vor Ort geboten wurde, hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Man muss dazu sagen, dass meine Freundin und ich dieses Jahr zum ersten Mal in einer Ferienwohnung waren, aber so stellt man sich sein erstes Mal vor. Schon die Begrüßung von Flavio war herzergreifend. Dieser Vermieter liebt es Vermieter zu sein und zeigt es seinen Gästen jede Minute in dem er mit seiner freundlichen Art einem jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite steht. Die Wohnung war mit so vielen netten, kleinen Details modern, aber vor allem liebevoll sardisch eingerichtet. In der Küche hat es uns an nichts gefehlt, wir waren aber Abends meistens in den empfohlenen Restaurants essen. Die Sauberkeit des Apartments war tadellos. Der krönende Abschluss unseres Urlaubs (wir sind spät nach Deutschland zurückgeflogen und mussten bis 10 Uhr Morgens auschecken): Flavio organisierte uns einen kostenfreien Gepäckraum und eine Dusche, aber nicht in irgendeiner heruntergekommenen Absteige, sondern in einem 4 Sterne Hotel, in dem wir einen sehr schönen letzten Urlaubstag genießen konnten. Wir kommen gerne in unserem nächsten Sardinienurlaub auf diese wundervolle Anlage zurück, denn neben der Sauberkeit, der Herzlichkeit des Gastgebers, hat uns auch die sehr gute Lage für Strandausflüge überzeugt! ##### Steffen D. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Monika O. 26 May 2016 #### Ein kleines Paradies Ich war jetzt im Mai zum vierten Mal im L’ea di Lavru, Flavio hat mich wie immer sehr herzlich begrüßt. Egal welcher Plan, etwas zu unternehmen, er hat alle Hebel in Bewegung gesetzt um ihn zu ermöglichen. Es ist ein kleines Paradies, die bemerkenswerte Architektur schmiegt sich perfekt an den Hügel. Wenn man erst eines der Apartments betritt, kommt man aus dem Staunen nicht heraus. Sehr viele ganz spezielle Details, ein Lichtsystem, mit dem man verschiedenste Stimmungen erzeugen kann, eine Küchenausstattung, die keine Wünsche offen läßt. Und dann noch der Ausblick aufs Meer und die Insel Tavolara… einfach ankommen und entspannen ! ##### Monika O. Unser Appartment Nr. 11 war das Kleinste, doch für 2 Personen absolut ausreichend; alles war vorhanden. Die Fotos versprechen was sie zeigen. Flavio war der perfekte Gastgeber, seine Tipps waren sehr lohnenswert, sei dies bezüglich der Restaurants oder besonderer Attraktionen, die zu besichtigen sind. Zwingend dazu ist jedoch ein Auto. Wir würden sofort wieder gehen und empfehlen es jedem weiter. ##### Yannik R. Dies vorweg: Wir wohnen im Urlaub eigentlich nur in Ferienwohnungen und das von uns gebuchte Appartement war mit Abstand die sauberste Ferienwohnung, die wir jemals hatten! Dieser gepflegte Eindruck setzt sich innerhalb der gesamten Anlage fort, deren Appartements aufgrund der geschickten Anordnung jedem Gast Privatsphäre bieten. Von unserer Terrasse aus hatten wir einen traumhaften Blick auf die Isola Di Tavolara; es war wirklich ein Genuss, von der Terrasse aus die Sonnenaufgänge anzuschauen. Flavio ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber: Eine dicke Mappe mit Informationen empfängt jeden Gast. Man erfährt, wo man gut essen, einkaufen, Wassersport machen, wandern.....- kurz: alles machen kann, was einen Urlaub zu einem Urlaub macht. Bei Bedarf organisiert Flavio Ausflüge oder reserviert einen Tisch im Restaurant. Im Ort gibt es alles, was man braucht. Falls man also mal keine Lust darauf hat, die Insel mit dem Wagen zu erkunden, kann man auch den ein oder anderen Tag mit schönen Spaziergängen in der näheren Umgebung verbringen und erreicht fußläufig außer dem Meer auch das ein oder andere gute Café oder Restaurant. Alles in allem ein herrlich entspannter und entspannender Aufenthalt für uns- vielen Dank an Flavio, wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. ##### Axel A. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Sibylle S. 17 Jul 2014 #### Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung Wir (Ehepaar) hatten die Ferienwohnung aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und wurden nicht enttäuscht - das Appartement war sehr sauber, schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Man merkt, dass die Wohnungen dem Vermieter am Herzen liegen. Wir hatten Appartement zwei mit zwei Terrassen und zusätzlich einer Dachterrasse mit wirklich atemberaubendem Ausblick über die ganze Bucht. DerOrt Porto San Paolo mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegt in Laufnähe, zu den (wunderschönen!) Stränden in der Gegend braucht man das Auto. Perfekt wird der Urlaub durch den Vermieter Flavio, der super engagiert und hilfsbereit ist und dessen Tips wirklich Gold wert sind. Wir hätten die wunderschönen Strände und leckeren Restaurants wahrscheinlich ohne seine Hilfe nicht gefunden, jedenfalls stand nichts davon in unserem Führer. Auch der Ausflug, den wir durch seine Empfehlung gebucht hatten, war wunderschön. Das Preisniveau ist - wie meist in Sardinien - eher gehoben. Wir können die Anlage L'ea di Lavru uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. ##### Sibylle S. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Bernd A. 27 Jun 2014 #### Traumurlaub für Individualisten Wir haben uns bewusst für eine Ferienwohnung entschieden, um "Hotelstress" und Menschenmassen aus dem Weg zu gehen und frei Entscheidungen treffen zu können. Ein voller Erfolg! Die Anlage in dem kleinen Dorf Porto San Paolo ist ca. 10 km von Olbia entfernt. Nur 15 Minuten zum Flughafen und Auchan in Olbia (Großeinkäufe). Das Dorf ist total ruhig, bietet aber alles, was man so braucht. Zwei kleine Supermärkte, Restaurants, Bars, Eisdielen, Apotheke. Die Anlage ist ein Traum. Tolle Architektur. Tolle Materialien. Ausblick und Ausstattung sind hervorragend. Flavio ist ein herzlicher Gastgeber. Vorab erhält man eine Broschüre mit sehr vielen super Tipps zu Restaurants, Stränden, Ausflugstipps etc. Reiseführer eigentlich nicht mehr notwendig. Auch vor Ort ist Flavio präsent. Eine perfekte Urlaubswoche haben wir im Appartement 11verlebt: Das Appartement war klein, aber fein und gut eingerichtet. Das Wetter toll und Ausflugsmöglichkeiten zu Stränden und anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten unendlich. Die Restaurantempfehlung von Flavio zum Abschluss setzte allem die Krone auf. Have just spent two splendid weeks at L'Ea di Lavru, appartments are all unique and well designed. Appartment clean, comfortable & well equipped, you do need to take or purchase basic cleaning items. Several of the appartments have fabulous views, our appartment (11) had the bonus of lovely sunny court yard surronded by beautifully kept gardens thanks to Mr Marco, also we had no passing footfall so very peaceful. Flavio the owner was a delight to meet and provides all residents with a fantastic guide (The yellow pages) full of detailed information of the surronding area. Recomendations of trips available,beaches,restaurants and much more a true added bonus. You will not be disappointed with a vacation at the stunning L'Ea di Lavru. ##### Toise T. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Corinna P. 14 Jun 2013 #### Traumurlaub auf Sardinien Ich könnte das hier jetzt im klassischen Bewertungsstil schreiben, alle wichtigen Punkte wie Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Lage durchgehen und überall meinen Senf dazugeben... ich finde aber, das beschreibt nicht im Geringsten diesen außergewöhnlich schönen Sardinienurlaub mit dem Aufenthalt im L'ea di Lavru. Nur soviel zur Wohnung: Ihr könnt sie ohne Bedenken buchen. Sie ist toll! Wir hatten uns eigentlich auf einen Badeurlaub eingestellt - aber wären wir in dieser Woche nur am Strand gelegen, wäre der ganze Zauber dieser wunderbaren Insel einfach an uns vorbeigegangen. Ich kann nur jedem empfehlen in der Nebensaison zu reisen. Wie es in Porto San Paolo in der Hauptsaison aussieht, weiß ich nicht... Aber Anfang Juni ist es einfach perfekt. Es ist nicht zu heiß, nicht zu kühl, alle Restaurants haben schon geöffnet, aber man muss nirgends reservieren um einen guten Platz zu bekommen. Das Meer ist zwar noch ziemlich kühl - aber wie gesagt - diese Insel bietet mehr als nur Bademöglichkeiten. Man hat hier nicht das Gefühl einer von vielen zu sein. Im Gegenteil: Man fühlt sich richtig wohl im kleinen Dörfchen Porto San Paolo. Wir waren während unseres Aufenthaltes auch in anderen Ferienorten wie zB Santa Teresa oder an der Costa Smeralda, aber nirgends war es so sympatisch wie in Porto San Paolo. Der Tag beginnt mit frischem Brot vom Bäcker 200 m neben der kleinen Dorfkirche, dazu gibts leckere Mortadella und Schinken frisch von der Wursttheke des kleinen Supermarktes an der Hauptstraße. Gefrühstückt wird dann auf der eigenen Terasse mit Blick zur Isola Tavolara bei einer Tasse Kaffee aus dem Bialetti Espressokocher - den haben wir bei unserer Abreise in der Spühle vergessen, dürfte also jetzt zur Ausstattung gehören ;-) Und danach geht's los zu einem von Sardiniens unzähligen Ausflugszielen. Und wer hat es uns ermöglicht diesen Urlaub so besonders zu machen? Flavio - der Vermieter des L'ea di Lavru. Er hat (ausschließlich) für seine Gäste einen umfangreichen Guide mit Restaurant- und Ausflugstipps zusammengestellt. Unter anderem findet man dort auch den Weg zu einem Geheimstrand, dem meiner Meinung nach nicht einmal der Cala Luna das Wasser reichen kann. In vielen Restaurants bekommt man einen Rabatt, wenn man bei Flavio wohnt. Außerdem bietet er an Tische zu reservieren und zB Bootstouren zu buchen. Danke Flavio!! ##### Corinna P. ---
