Only reason is it's well worth the regular price a night on regular days but a little over double for the holiday was a little excessive. Really quiet place even with 2 other rentals near by. We had no cell service in the cabin (Verizon) so the WiFi was a savior. It was very clean and everything worked as it should. The area is beautiful and everything is within a manageable drive. The local Walmart was 13 minutes away. It was great that they allowed pets and larger dogs as well. The driveway up is not bad a little steep but not crazy, I thought it was fun. We didn't have any issues with bugs but I'm sure at the right time it may be different, you are in the woods. ##### Jamie D.
