• Private 2-person hot tub, fire pit with firewood provided, propane grill
• Kitchenette, coffee bar, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker

• Shared game room on the property
• Self check-in with keypad
• No smoking, primary renter 21+
Most guests spend the whole stay in their own lane: hot tub, fire pit, patio. Yeats is one of four tiny homes in a small cluster at Notestone Reserve. Each has its own outdoor space, with privacy panels around the hot tub and natural tree and shrub cover between units. The game room is a short walk away when you want it and easy to skip when you don't.
Named for W.B. Yeats, whose work was always reaching for something just past the ordinary.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in 4:00 PM. Check-out 10:00 AM.
Early check-in and late checkout depend on our schedule. Fees plus tax:
• Late checkout to 2:00 PM: $75
• Early check-in at 2:00 PM: $35
• Early check-in at noon: $50
Send us a message and we'll tell you what's open.
Sleeping
• Lofted queen bed. The beam above sits about 29" from the mattress, so sit up carefully. Lying down, it's perfectly comfortable.
• The loft stairs are built to code, but the ceiling drops as you climb and the top step is taller than the rest. If the loft is a concern, Thoreau has five steps up to the door and everything inside on one level, no loft.
Outside
• Private 2-person hot tub with dedicated striped hot tub towels
• Propane grill with tools
• Wood-burning fire pit with firewood and a starter log ready on arrival. Extra wood is in the outdoor box at the far end of the home or by the shipping container. Keep the lid closed so it stays dry.
• Seating for two, with blankets for cooler months
• Privacy panels around the hot tub and natural tree and shrub cover between units
Inside
• Kitchenette with pots, pans, utensils, and basic pantry items
• Coffee bar with coffee maker, coffee, and tea
• Bathroom stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion
• Bath, hand, face, makeup, and hot tub towels
• Smart TV with streaming and a Bluetooth speaker
• Starter supplies: 2 rolls of toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, and trash liners. Pack a little extra for longer stays.
Shared Game Room (open to all Notestone guests, a short walk across the property)
• 85" Smart TV
• Pool table and foosball
• Basketball arcade, classic arcade machines, and a racing game
• Legos, card games, board games, and indoor cornhole
• Outdoor playground
Hocking Hills Drive Times
• Rock House: 3.3 miles, 7 min
• Cantwell Cliffs: about 8 miles, 15 min
• Conkle's Hollow: 8.8 miles, 15 min
• Old Man's Cave: 11 miles, 20 min
• Ash Cave: 16 miles, 28 min
Cell signal on the back-country roads can be spotty, so download directions before you leave home.
The driveway works for just about any vehicle. In winter, 4WD or AWD helps on the back roads in. The Yeats driveway itself is usually fine without it.
About the WiFi
We run Starlink. It handles streaming, music, and browsing well. Video calls can drop now and then, especially on overcast days. Remote work is doable with the occasional hiccup. We'd rather tell you now than have you find out mid-Zoom.
The Setting
We're in the woods and keep up with regular pest control. A ladybug or a curious spider is just Hocking Hills being Hocking Hills.
House Rules
• No parties or events, including bachelor/bachelorette groups. And no glitter. It genuinely never goes away.
• Registered guests only on the property
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or out
• No fireworks, ATVs, hunting, or weapons on the property
• No commercial photography or video without written approval
• Hot tub: striped towels only, keep the cover on between soaks, and please don't set the temperature below 100 degrees. It takes several hours to recover.
• Septic system: flush toilet paper only, no garbage disposal at the sink
All guests sign a short renter's agreement after booking. We'll send it over. It's quick, painless, and helps us take good care of you and everyone else on the property.

Everything was top notch! Beautiful and clean! Very quiet and the hot tub was the best part! We had a very relaxing stay and would definitely come back!
The Notestone tiny cabin is fantastic! It has every amenity you’ll need. The hot tub is very nice. The outdoor grill worked great for grilling. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare, cook, and enjoy meals. The bathroom has a resort like feel. There’s even firewood to enjoy a camp fire at night. The only thing we didn’t like was how cramped the loft is where the bed is located. Be careful not to hit your head on the beam right above the bed. Other than that it’s a great mini cabin for a vacation in the beautiful Hocking Hills.
Everything was as expected, very clean, pretty neat place. The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but I'm pretty picky about beds. Bumped my head a few times on the beam above the bed, there's not much headroom. None of that was anything that would normally botger me much, but the spoiler for me was the shower. The tankless water heater kept having to re-light, causing cold water to come out for quite a while before it would get hot again. The control valve for the shower was very loose, so the temp didn't want to stay set, which led to cofusion on whether the water heater had gone out again, or if the temp just wasn't set where i wanted it. We never notified the host about it, so I can't complain too much. The whole place seemed very well done and well taken care of, so I'm sure it will get fixed now that they know about it. The hot tub was awesome! Definitely made me forget about the cold shower!
Great A great place to spend a weekend getaway—or even longer! It is a clean spot with beautiful scenery, and there are many lovely places to visit nearby, including caves. The atmosphere is incredibly peaceful, and the owner treats us as if we were the ones who owned the house. Thank you so much—I am truly delighted.

The perfect place for a quiet get away
Notestone Reserve is my favorite place in Hocking Hills. It's so cozy, has everything you need including cozy outdoor blankets, and beautiful nature views. You can't beat taking a hot tub dip under the tree tops and twinkly stars. The host Stacy was amazing, answering any question we had to ensure we had the best possible visit. She even made sure to return a jacket I left in the cabin. So easy to access fun hikes and then have a quiet weekend.
From the moment we walked in the door, we fell in love with this tiny house! Perfectly decorated with a lot of personal touches that made it feel like home. The outdoor area with fire pit, hot tub and grill were a perfect place to relax in the evening. The only suggestion I could make would be to have an extra set of bath towels.

Small, inviting, perfect for two.
This tiny house is adorable. It has everything we needed. The space is efficient and just enough for two people. The bed is comfortable. The loft is snug. Both of us bumped our heads on the central beam as we were getting into bed before we learned to avoid it. It was nice having a tiny loveseat so that one person could sleep in up in the loft while another person enjoyed coffee on the couch. This tiny cabin is one of a row of four, but strategic fencing and trees between each site give enough privacy we felt comfortable using the hot tub and patio. We had a small problem that one item had not been restocked in our cabin, but Stacey responded immediately and got us what we needed. We would stay here again.
Just got back from a weekend stay in the Yeats tiny house. We had a great stay. The A/C worked great during 90 degree weather. The bed was very comfortable and the sleeping loft was very cozy. Everything that you need is provided. The only tiny issue we had was the water temperature in the shower randomly fluctuating from warm to ice cold. The game room area was very nice and was a fun little bonus. The whole Notestone Reserve area had a great look and feel. The logo design and signage were very nice and give it a very polished look. Highly recommended!!!

This tiny home was everything we expected and more. It was so cozy, had a wonderful fire pit outdoor space, hot tub privacy, and so much more. It was easy to tell that thought and care went into every single detail. From the decor, the coffee pot and press, dishes and glasses, outdoor blankets, hot tub towels, super comfy mattress and bedding, lit up tiny house name signs, grill and more - Notestone Reserve did not miss a beat. There is plenty of parking if you are traveling with more than one vehicle. We walked to the community building where we played pool, video games, and board games. The owners were so quick to get back to us when we had a question. It was so peaceful and relaxing. In the future, we would most definitely stay at Notestone again and have already recommended to friends and family.
