On the terrace you and the guests of a second, separate apartment each have a seating area available. Kölpinsee has been popular as a seaside resort for generations. Due to its central location on the island of Usedom, this place is an ideal starting point for various excursions. In Kölpinsee you will find restaurants, a fish smokehouse, a supermarket, a general practitioner, a riding stable and a bike rental, as well as a stop of the Usedomer Bäderbahn and a Heimatstube. In the centrally located "House of the guest" are the spa administration and a library. The three-room apartment is spread over two floors and can accommodate up to four people. Am Anreisetag durften wir spontan früher als eigentlich ausgemacht einchecken und erfuhren vor Ort, dass wir auch Fahrräder kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt bekommen. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr geräumig, aber trotzdem sehr gemütlich und heimelig. Außerdem fanden wir sie in einem makellosen Zustand vor, denn jede Oberfläche war blitzblank. Dadurch, dass die Wohnung sich in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Supermarkt, der Bahnstation und dem Strand befindet, konnten wir bedenkenlos mit Fahrrad und Bahn die Umgebung erkunden. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr zuvorkommend und stets hilfsbereit. Wir wurden herzlich von ihnen empfangen und sie waren bemüht unseren Aufenthalt so schön und problemlos zu gestalten wie möglich, indem sie beispielsweise unser Gepäck auch noch für einige Stunden nach dem Checkout in ihrer Garage unterbrachten. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub, was zu einem Großteil an der wundervollen Ferienwohnung und deren Vermietern lag. ##### Kathrin M.
