Besonders hat uns die nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin gefallen, sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns tolle Tipps zu Usedom gegeben. Als Ausgangspunkt für lange und schöne Radtouren auf gut ausgebauten Wegen in alle Himmelsrichtungen ist Loddin bestens geeignet. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich ganz in der Nähe. Das Haus besitzt insgesamt 2 Wohnungen, wobei wir das Gefühl hatten, ein ganzes Haus allein zu bewohnen. Die Wohnung war super sauber und ganz liebevoll eingerichtet. Tolles Design und schöne Farben - ganz unser Geschmack. In der Küche war alles da, was man brauchte, es fehlte wirklich an nichts. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür und durch die direkte Lage an der B 110 kann man alle Orte auf der Insel schnell erreichen. Dennoch hört man die Straße fast nicht. Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super freundlich, es gab jederzeit einen Ansprechpartner. Check in war unkompliziert. Wir können das Objekt wärmstens empfehlen. ##### Cindy G. Nur einen Blick aus dem Fenster hat man nicht machen können. Wir haben die Rollos zu gelassenen , damit wir das Elend nicht sehen. Wem das nicht stört , dem können wir die Wohnung auf jeden Fall empfehlen .Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Die bereit gestellten Fahrräder haben ihre beste Zeit hinter sich. Das ist auch der einzige Kritikpunkt. Das Objekt ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und lädt förmlich zum Verweilen ein. Der Strand ist selbst zu Fuß nur maximal 15 min entfernt. Für uns war das ausgezeichnet. Daneben ist ein Bauernhof, wo wir frische Eier kaufen konnten, nach hinten raus kann man Kühe sehen. Viel Grün drum herum. Trotz der Nähe der Straße sieht man sie nicht direkt, da die Wohnung nach hinten versetzt ist. Wohnung: Die Soldanskis arbeiten mit Holz. Das merkt man in der gesamten Ferienwohnung. Der Stil ist modern aber auch rustikal-puristisch. Das hat uns außerordentlich gut gefallen. Ikea ist hier nicht zu finden. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet (Geräte, Utensilien, Geschirr). Es fehlt an nichts. Die Betten sind gut und bieten einen hohen Liegekomfort. Auch wenns draußen heiß ist, lässt es sich dank der Belüftungsmöglichkeiten gut in der Wohnung aushalten. Die Aufteilung der Schlafzimmer (1x unten, 1x oben) ist sehr gut um sich auch mal zurückzuziehen. Gastgeber: Bereits auf bei der Anfahrt hat uns die Gastgeberin kontaktiert und noch einmal mündlich Hinweise zum Einchecken gegeben. Das war sehr hilfreich. Zudem war Frau Soldanski sehr umsichtig und hat das Treppengeländer extra für uns Kleinkindgerecht verkleidet. Während des Aufentalts hat sie sich mehrfach nach unserem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und ob wir noch etwas benötigen. Die Gastgeber denken mit, sind zugewandt und fürsorglich. Fazit: Das war sicherlich nicht das letzte Mal, dass wir da waren. Ein ausgezeichneter Aufentalt. ##### Sebastian A. In dieser sehr geschmackvollen Wohnung kann man den Urlaub richtig genießen. Es ist alles vorhanden, uns fehlte es an nichts. Der nette Kontakt mit den Vermietern machte alles komplett. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, falls man etwas ausführlicher Kochen möchte und es ist alles einfach gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Ein Ort zum wohlfühlen. Der direkt danebenliegende Bauernhof hat uns mit seinem direkten Kontakt zur Natur mehr erfreut denn gestört. Der Check In ging kontaktlos von statten. Aber die Vermieter waren super freundlich, stets hilfsbereit, offen für jedes Anliegen, jede Frage. Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben, fast noch schöner. Ein Traum einfach nur! Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Die Buchung vorweg war total einfach und problemlos. Die FeWo ist wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! An Ausstattung fehlt es an nichts - in der Küche ist alles vorhanden, um morgens frischen Kaffee zu brühen oder abends schön zu kochen. Sogar Spülmaschinentabs/Spülmittel waren ausreichend vorhanden, genauso wie Schwämmchen und Geschirrtücher. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer unter dem Dach ist sehr gemütlich, genauso wie die beiden Schlafzimmer. Frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher wurden gestellt. Leider war es abends schon etwas frisch und etwas verregnet. Die Grillstelle im Garten hätten wir gerne genutzt, sieht sehr einladend aus für einen lauen Sommerabend! Dafür haben wir die zur Verfügung stehenden Räder sehr gerne genutzt, für uns ein absoluter Pluspunkt! Die Lage des Objekts zwischen Achterwasser und Ostsee war als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge, lange Spaziergänge oder Radtouren für unseren Kurzurlaub ideal. Zu Fuß ist man in 10 Minuten am Strand. Ein Bahnhof ist direkt auf der anderen Straßenseite (aber weit genug entfernt, dass man den Zug nicht hört…). Schlüsselübergabe, Kommunikation und Erreichbarkeit der Vermieter war super unkompliziert. In Zeiten von Corona funktioniert das auch kontaktlos einwandfrei!
