"This place was better than we expected. I got to bond with the boys over Super PACman . That brought back memories. We all enjoyed walking out the back and being right on the beach . The chairs to sit on the beach was a great bonus . Thank you for sharing your magical place . I love the octopus art . Clean and beautiful design . Hope we can come back soon. "

"We had a great week at sawyers sandcastle! Clear communication for check in and the house was very accommodating for small children. There is a little bit of everything on hand for everyone to use if you forget something. "

"Lisa’s home (it’s a home not a beach cottage) was the perfect fit for our week. The backyard is the star attraction. Beds and couches were comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked with pots/pans… as is garage with bikes and kayaks. Lots of little nooks and spaces to relax/read/work if you have the time. Lovely visit. "

"No ocean view. The house is cute from the front when you drive up. There are numerous issues with upkeep of the place. I wouldn’t even sit down for hours. Don’t think you’re gonna sit on a porch and see the ocean. The back yard is overgrown and the deck hasn’t been painted in years. The outside shower is dilapidated with a rotted shower curtain and an old water hose on the floor. The carpet inside the house is nasty. The throw rugs in the kitchen and bathroom need washing.I had to wash the cookware and the plates and silverware before I could cook. I was so disappointed that I wanted to just come home. After about 24 hours I accepted the fact that it was not as I had expected and was way overpriced. After that I made the best of it; ate out for meals and enjoyed myself.With a little money and a few days of work; this house could be very nice."

House was clean Owers was willing to help out with a question I asked about Cons-Problems with setting up tv first daySecond day watching tv in living room the tv goes crazy again Bicycles 1 tire frozen 1 bicycle chain fell off Expose wires from air unit in back closet Afraid if I accidentally touched wires I would get shockedCan see though same closet to closet in next room Ceiling in kitchen and above dining room table has water stains Dining room two chairs had stains on them The light fixture above dining table looks like a person who doesn’t know what they’re doing installed it Curtain on side door has black stains on it Ceiling fan in living room doesn’t work and it hums like it’s trying to work Pillows in some rooms need to be replaced Has told to download house manual to know about house and the night before check out host send some different instructions for checkout"
