"This property was very clean and had great access to the beach. The owners provided beach chairs, beach wagons and a beach umbrella which were so helpful!! We loved sitting on the front porch in the evening and listening to the waves. Shopping was close by and easily accessible. The things that could be improved upon were providing more storage for groceries in the kitchen, all cabinets were full of other people’s food or everyday items. The closets had no hangers, so we couldn’t hang any clothes, and drawer space was extremely limited. The sheets and comforters were provided, but we had to make all the beds on arrival, which wasn’t fun after a very long drive to get there. This is not something we have had to do at other VRBO. The owners were very responsive and a pleasure to deal with!!"

"Our family of 10 (Grandparents, parents, grandchildren) stayed at Sea and Believe for the first week of August. It was everything we could have wished for in a family vacation: cooking great meals in the kitchen, long walks on the beach, playing in the ocean and the pool which was a special bonus and got lots of use. It was so convenient to have the beach chairs and boogie boards available and floats for the pool. The outdoor shower with warm water was a big hit with everyone. The house was super clean and had everything we needed. We had four rainy mornings. The children really appreciated the games that were there then. We made our reservations late in the year and were lucky to find this house. If we could coordinate all our busy schedules once more, we would definitely stay there again. It was our first trip to Oak Island and we are happy to havre found it."

"This home has it all, ocean views, marsh views, upgraded appliances, comfortable surroundings, beautiful pool and comfortable pool deck furniture. An easy walk to the beach, which is at the spacious end of Oak Island. Owners are a dream to work with. 5 Stars!"

"Our stay at 'Must Sea' was an incredible experience! It truly exceeded our expectations as a family. The owners and managers were incredibly responsive to any questions we had, making our vacation unforgettable. Although there was a bit of a trek to the beach, we were able to access the ocean from both sides. We had a great time floating in the intercoastal waters! The location was perfect for morning shell hunting and taking leisurely walks in the evening. An added bonus was that our furry friends were able to join us on this wonderful vacation!"

"A lovely condo that was pet friendly but very clean! Located just a few houses down to beach access wasn’t bad at all for a 70 yr old. We enjoyed the balcony (view of the ocean was very minimal) and overall a quiet part of OI. Wished we would’ve been able to keep a golf cart on the premises but “not allowed “. Nice to have the elevator! If we wanted to be picky, we weren’t given a dish towel for the kitchen (we didn’t ask either so that’s on us) and no soap in the dispenser in each bathroom. We would definitely stay again!! Thank you! 4 ladies enjoyed it "
