"The room I stayed in for the two nights I was there was lovely and clean the staff were alright aswell no complaints from me next time I visit Carlisle ill stay there again."

"Good location near the motor way. Food is good near the stay as it is a welcome break but limited options. Room was good neat and tidy. But there is no water available. Tap water is not good for drinking lots of chlorine or other chemicals. Also the bath area was slippery so make sure the area is not wet before you stand for a shower. Overall I do recommend the place because of the convenience of location and beauty of the place nearby."
"The hotels location is perfect, right in the centre of town. Staff are brilliant, professional and friendly. Didn't use the pool as was too hot in there, but another time maybe.
They were having problems with the boiler but well handled by reception.
Oh I can't forget the Cheese Souffle!!! It was amazing!!"
