"Pillows are really bad, one bed light was broken and just hanging, bathroom mirror was aimed at the floor and wouldn’t stay up, towel heater barely warm in parts. Hallway had a musty smell, not as strong in the room. "

"staff was 90% really lovely, unfortunately our check in process was met by a grumpier gentleman who really shouldn't be in hospitality. he had no warmth unlike any of the other staff we encountered. everyone seems to do a bit of everything here and play multiple roles. this gentleman should find a new line of work, or at a different hotel that isnt as high end."

The staff always had a smile on their face and were more than happy to provide recommendations for things to do or places to go. The breakfast was superb. The square sausage was delicious. The dinner was tasty although the menu, for me, was fancier than it needed to be but was lovely "
