"I feel a little duped by the reviews and the room on this stay. The hotel is technically in a convenient area to explore the Amalfi coast, if you have a car. It does have a decent view from the terrace, and parking easy on the street, but its not close to get anywhere on foot. But the room we were given was a dark, small, basement room, that smelt of damp and mold, the bed was hard and uncomfortable, and furnishings minimal. Check which room for sure before booking. "We had the best time at the Gargiulo Suites, it is run by a lovely family who enjoy what they do and are extremely helpful and friendly. The suites are right around the corner from the Piano Di Sorrento train station which makes it really easy to get in and out of Sorrento."
