Villa 'Costacabana - Summerdream' with Mountain View, Private Pool & Wi-Fi

Located in Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava, Villa Summerdream is a modern 320 m² villa perfect for up to 10 guests. There are 4 comfortable bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped private kitchen. The villa offers Wi-Fi, a private TV, its own washing machine, a private barbecue, and a shared table tennis table for entertainment. For families with children, a baby cot and high chair are available for an extra charge.



Outside, you can enjoy the private garden, both covered and open terraces, and a balcony with beautiful mountain views. The private outdoor pool measures 4 x 8 meters and is between 1 and 2.40 meters deep.



Parking is available on the steep driveway or on the street directly in front of the house. The villa is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Smoking is allowed on the premises, but parties are not permitted. Beach towels are provided, and the beach is 2.9 km away.



The villa is located in the Condado del Jaruco urbanization in a residential area. Absolute quiet is required between 10:00 pm and 8:00 am, and loud music or disturbances should be avoided between 8:00 am and 10:00 pm. Air conditioning is available for an extra charge. Nearby, you will find water parks, weekly markets, and the cities of Girona and Barcelona.



Airport transfers to and from Barcelona or Girona are available for an extra charge.



The main booker must complete self-service check-in and sign the house rules on behalf of the group. Parties, illegal activities, and similar events are prohibited. If the police intervene, the contract will be terminated.
